Performed a due diligence study/report for Waianae Elementary School(WES) air conditioning system.  The intent was to develop a campus wide scheme/concept for air conditioning systems to meet the current DOE design criteria and generate budgetary cost estimates which can be used for planning purposes and requests for legislative funding etc.
