During the Schematic Design Phase, MEI provided site investigations to include performing all field work to obtain as-is conditions, research plan files for as-built plans, and other research needed to prepare bidding documents and obtain permits.  During the Preliminary Design Phase, MEI provided designs to complete the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines as ammended, Building Codes, Rules and Regulations, and other Federal, State and County requirements.
