Hanua Street Warehouse

Provided plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation design work for a 51,000 square foot warehouse. Plumbing work covered domestic water distribution and sanitary system. The air conditioning system consisted of multi-zone systems with condensing units mounted on exterior walkway and two ducted fan coil units suspended inside of the future tenant office area. The warehouse was mechanically ventilated. The fan should be automatically operated to maintain a CO2 level of under 1000ppm.
